18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance

Protem is an online platform that allows users to upload, share, and view user-generated content. Protem is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content submitted by its users, as those terms are defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All individuals who upload content to Protem represent and warrant that:

They are at least 21 years of age.
Every person depicted in the uploaded content was 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created.
They possess all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload and distribute the content.
They maintain valid government-issued identification and any records required by applicable law regarding the age and identity of all persons appearing in the content.
They will provide such documentation if required by applicable law or in response to a lawful request.

As a provider of an interactive online service, Protem does not create, stage, produce, or commission the user-generated content hosted on the platform. Accordingly, Protem relies on the representations and warranties made by its users regarding compliance with applicable laws.

Any content found to violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law—including content depicting minors, non-consensual material, or otherwise unlawful content—will be removed immediately upon discovery or notification. Accounts responsible for such violations may be permanently terminated, and appropriate reports may be made to law enforcement authorities where required.

Users who believe that any content violates these requirements are encouraged to report it immediately through the reporting tools available on the website or by contacting our support team.
